I was excited to be seeing Connor for the second time this year after hearing he’d be supporting Joanne Shaw Taylor. Much to my surprise, he played acoustically rather than with his traditional full band and it was such a treat. Whilst he’s an incredibly talented musician and soloist – this allowed him to showcase his voice more and in a more intimate style.
